Develop the implementation plan that includes an overview of the system, a brief description of the major tasks involved in the implementation, the overall resources needed to support the implementation effort (such as hardware, software. facilities, materials, and personnel), and any site-specific implementation requirements.

Quality Standards
Define the methods and procedures that will ensure that the expectations and objectives of the e-Learning project are met.

Project Team
Identify the project team who will be directly responsible for the implementation and decision-making on the project. The team will include the project leader, project manager and the sponsor; representatives from the Department of Education and teaching staff; and the technical team

Risk Management
Identify the team members who will be responsible for the monitoring, controlling and management of potential risks at any point of the e-learning implementation.

Training Schedule
The training schedule will be designed according to the size of the e-Learning implementation. This will be determined during the planning stage.
